For Young Athletes
Youth Athlete Nutrition
Practical culinary and nutrition education that teaches young athletes how to fuel training, recovery, and everyday performance with food they can prepare themselves.
Food first. Practical always. Built around the athlete's real training week.
The Program
Fueling works better when athletes understand it.
Competitive young athletes are often asked to train at a serious level while still eating like teenagers. Youth Athlete Nutrition closes that gap by teaching the athlete, not only the parent, how to fuel a training week with food they can prepare themselves.
Sessions cover what to eat before training, what recovery actually requires, how to stay consistent through competition and travel, and how to build meals that support growth as well as performance.
The approach is deliberately food first. There are no supplement protocols and no restrictive language. Athletes learn how food works, how to prepare it, and how to build routines they can continue on their own.
Programs may include family sessions so the athlete and household can work from the same practical framework.

The Foundation
What athletes learn.
Nutrition becomes useful when athletes can connect it to their own training, prepare the food, and repeat the routine in real life.
Fueling the Training Week
Matching food and timing to heavy training days, lighter days, competition, and rest without turning eating into a source of anxiety.
Pre & Post-Training Meals
What to eat, when to eat it, and how to prepare practical meals within the time an athlete actually has.
Recovery & Hydration
Protein, carbohydrate, fluids, and recovery needs explained clearly, then translated into meals and routines the athlete can use.
Competition & Travel
Portable meals, tournament schedules, hotel kitchens, and strategies for maintaining a dependable routine away from home.
Built to Last
Performance knowledge the athlete can use.
The goal is not to hand an athlete another meal plan. It is to help them understand their needs well enough to make practical decisions for themselves.
“Athletes who cook understand their fuel. That understanding travels with them.”
The Athlete Does the Cooking
Athletes prepare the meals themselves. Chef Rémy teaches the technique and reasoning, but the athlete learns by measuring, cooking, tasting, and repeating.
Built Around the Training Calendar
Food is connected to the athlete's actual sport, training load, competition schedule, recovery demands, and time available.
Food Without Fear
Nutrition is taught in clear, balanced language. The focus is nourishment, consistency, and performance rather than restriction, guilt, or perfection.
The Process
How it works.
Every program begins with understanding the athlete, the sport, and the demands of the training week.
Practical, personal, and designed to hold up outside the kitchen.
- Step 01
Assessment
We review the athlete's sport, training week, competition calendar, current routine, and the challenges that make consistent fueling difficult.
- Step 02
Framework
Chef Rémy creates a practical fueling framework and meal rotation built around clear needs, available time, and food the athlete can prepare.
- Step 03
Practice
Hands-on sessions continue until the athlete can prepare the meals, adapt the routine, and carry the framework into training, recovery, competition, and travel.
