San Clemente sits at the southern edge of the area we serve, and programs here are typically arranged as private sessions in a family kitchen or an appropriate partner kitchen nearby.
Children, teens, families, and young athletes all learn by doing, from first knife skills through preparing a complete meal without supervision.
Programs are also available to schools and youth organizations along the coast, from a focused enrichment series to sustained term-long programming.
