For Families
Family Culinary Experiences
Private, chef-led experiences where families cook together, build practical skills, and create something meaningful around the table.
Everyone participates. Everyone learns. Everyone shares in what is made.
The Experience
The kitchen becomes a place to connect.
Family Culinary Experiences are private, hands-on programs designed for families who want to cook together rather than simply be served.
Chef Rémy guides the family through technique, preparation, timing, and the completion of a shared menu. Every participant has a role, from early preparation through the finished table.
Menus, pacing, and skill level are shaped around the family. The experience can be designed as a single gathering or as a recurring series that allows skills and confidence to build over time.
This is not restaurant service, catering, or a children's party package. The value comes from participating in the work, learning together, and creating something the family can return to long after the session ends.

The Experience
What families take part in.
Each experience combines useful culinary instruction with the time, participation, and shared effort that make cooking together meaningful.
Prepare Together
Every family member participates in the preparation, organization, and work required to bring the menu together.
Learn Real Technique
Chef Rémy teaches practical methods, ingredient handling, timing, seasoning, and the reasons each technique works.
Complete a Shared Menu
The family works toward a finished meal rather than a demonstration, with each person contributing to the outcome.
Carry It Home
Families leave with practical skills, greater kitchen confidence, and dishes or techniques they can return to together.
Built Around Connection
More than a meal together.
The experience is valuable because everyone participates. The family is not watching Chef Rémy cook. They are learning, preparing, and creating alongside him.
“Some of the strongest family memories begin with everyone gathered around the same counter.”
Everyone Has a Role
Tasks and techniques are adapted so children, teens, parents, and other family members can participate meaningfully.
Every Experience Is Personal
The menu, pacing, skill level, and format are customized around the family, the kitchen, and the kind of experience they want to share.
Connection Comes Through Doing
The finished meal matters, but so does the work that created it: communicating, solving problems, learning, and sitting down together afterward.
The Process
How it works.
Every family experience begins with understanding who will be cooking and what you want the occasion to feel like.
Personal, participatory, and designed around your family.
- Step 01
Conversation
We discuss who will participate, ages and experience levels, the kitchen available, preferences, and what you want the family to take away.
- Step 02
Experience Design
Chef Rémy creates a menu and teaching plan that balances participation, practical technique, pacing, and a finished meal everyone can share.
- Step 03
Cook Together
The family prepares the menu alongside Chef Rémy, with every participant contributing from initial preparation through the finished table.
