Instruction is entirely hands-on. Students handle the knife, the pan, and the seasoning, and Chef Rémy teaches through guided practice rather than demonstration.
Sessions can be arranged in a family home, a school, or an appropriate partner kitchen, depending on the group and what the program is meant to accomplish.
